It is with much sadness that today we announce that we are selling Mary's on Seymour. Due to some health issues we are not able to continue the upkeep of the property. We hope that someone else will take over and have has much love and passion as we did. We would like to take this opportunity to Thank all of the Tradespeople for all of their hard work and commitment to the renovation of Mary's. Your craftsmanship did not go unnoticed by many. We Thank all of our Family and Friends for their support and liking and sharing our page to others.
Jordan Mcphan for all the hours she put into setting up all of our sites and taking our first Booking, what a happy day that was. To Ballarat and Tourism for all their support and Guidance. To Shanny and John at Harris wines for allowing us to spoil our Guests with some of the Best Local Wine.
To our GUESTS, who most became more like family and friends than Guests. Your Reviews of our Property gave us two rewards of the most reviewed property on their listing. A 10 and a 9.9. Your appreciation and care of Mary's did not go unnoticed. From our Family to Yours We Thank you for taking this journey with us. We are sure Mary would have been Proud.

Ok this is our last tip for 2018. Good old Tea tree Oil.

Its so hard to believe that Santa is soon to arrive. How quickly the year has gone, and what a great year of People that we have had come to stay at Mary's. How lucky we have been to have met such wonderful people. Wishing each and every one of you all a very Safe and Happy Christmas! Looking forward to meeting this years Christmas Guests.

The perfect country weekend getaway!
Krissy was a wonderful host, and was there to give us a quick tour and let us know how everything worked. The house is meticulously clean, beautifully appointed and has everything you could need for a country break. The central heating and fireplace were a life saver, and the bath tub is heaven! Netflix on the TV is a nice touch, as was the welcome bread and milk. Location is wonderful with an easy stroll to bars, restaurants and shops.

Amazing place! Absolutely loved it!
The house is beautifully decorated - with a lot of love and taste. I really liked the stylish furniture, good quality kitchenware and many nice little details of the interior. It was very interesting to read about the story of the house. I particularly liked the bay windows! The house has a really nice feel about it and we had a great time it in! My 8 years old son absolutely loved the it! It's a pity we couldn't enjoy the terraces because of the weather.

Beautifully refurbished property, easy to walk to town, wonderful get away!

We loove loove everything about this house. It truly been lovingly & beautifully restored. The pictures really don't do it enough justice or describe how truly amazing it is. We had a lovely tray of breakfast items to welcome us. We went in the middle of winter & arrived to a warm welcoming home. Our little person wouldn't want to leave is testament to this home.

A very relaxing two night stay in a gorgeous house and very central location
The photos didn’t do it justice. The house is amazingly renovated, extremely spacious and easily accommodated 8 adults. The views are gorgeous and we could easily walk into town And out for dinner. I would be back anytime

You won’t be disappointed if you book this property. We felt welcomed and incredibly comfortable.
Beautifully renovated period home. New and clean feel but warm and homely too. Close to everything (Quick drive or 15min walk to town) however perfect distance for peace and quiet of a night. Breakfast basket was a lovely warm and welcoming idea. Great amount of wardrobe space. Enough fluffy towels/face washers. Accommodating host. I wouldn’t hesitate returning and have been letting my friends know.
