Pound Hill Cottage is situated in Miners Rest just 15 mins from Ballarat CBD and 7 minutes from Wendouree. A clean and comfortable cottage accomodating up to 7 people in three bedrooms with a queen size bed in one room and a single bed and bunks in the other and 2 singles in the third. The cottage has a cosy, warm wood fire with firewood included and a cooling air conditioner. The fully equiped ki

tchen is complete all utensils and cooking equipment including a microwave oven for all your cooking needs. There is a fully equiped laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer, including washing powder. The spa bath adds a touch of luxury to the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and soap included. A light breakfast package is included on arrival and complimentry tea and coffee included. Tv and DVD player. Portacot available on request. A single car lock up garage is situated on site. Local IGA supermarket, takeaway / corner store and postoffice only 2 mins away. Set in a beautiful, elevated country aspect with sensational views. Enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets from the verandah. Its truly breathtaking. Sorry no pets or smoking.
