We are currently recruiting for passionate & proactive Housekeeping Attendant to join the friendly and professional team at Best Western Plus Ballarat Suites. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for competently performing cleaning duties by servicing accommodation areas and cleaning public areas such as reception and hallways. The successful applicants will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
Experience within a similar housekeeping role or the motivation to quickly learn
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly can-do outlook
Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer and business needs
A history of exceeding expectations in all work areas

Availability for weekday and weekend shifts are a must

Work in a unique property. Our room attendants are key members of the Housekeeping team and responsible for the cleaning of the hotel and guests rooms. We are looking for a experience room attendant available saturdays and sundays with also possible weekday shifts. Individual must take pride in their work, attention to detail and sustain an exceptional level of service standards.

Duties include:

Cleaning guest rooms to the hotels high standards
Ensure fully stocked with guest amenities
Linen items are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
Complete allocated tasks, working systematically from room to room within the specified time frame
Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, ensuring safe work practices are maintained

Position available for immediate start.
Saturday and Sunday Casual Penalties provided. Experience is essential

I have stayed at this property three times. This property is equal to the major hotel chains best value accommodations, such as Hilton Hampton Inns, Marriott Fairfield, etc. Danny & Natalie run a first class operation. This is not the usually run of the mill Best Western".
