TRANSFORMATION Video... 6 months ago Nathan and I took on the Ballina Centrepoint Motel and transformed it in to the River Street Motel. Many people have asked to see some before and after photos so here they are!

Renovations included replacement of all; Air Conditioning units, beds and linens. A number of bathrooms were completely renovated and the remainder were partly renovated, some new carpet, curtains and furniture, cleaning (everything and lots of it!), painting (again lots of it), gardening, decorating and much more behind the scenes including a brand new Property Management System.

If you've ever heard a bad story about the old Centrepoint Motel and would like to see the improvements for yourself please come down anytime and take a look at us now!

Located only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ballina, with the RSL, shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful Richmond River walk. The River Street Motel offers Free WiFi in all rooms, a swimming pool, undercover parking, spacious and exceptionally clean ground floor and first floor rooms as well as a one bedroom apartment and King Room with accessible bathroom.

The one bedroom Apartment is located on the ground floor. Bedding configuration is one Queen bed and two Single beds in the bedroom and one double Sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioned with newly renovated bathroom adjoining the living room, a dining table, tea/coffee facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge as well as iron/ironing board and hairdryer.
