💙 MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS — CHECK ON YOUR MATES 💙

Here at the Barellan Commercial Hotel, mental health is something we care deeply about especially in our rural communities, where isolation and access to support can make tough times even tougher.

That’s why on 11 & 12 September, we’ll be taking part in a Virtual Walk to raise funds and awareness for The Australian Man Cave Support Group and Step Into Action Foundation, supporting men’s and youth mental health and su***de prevention. 🚶‍♂️💙

We’re walking to start conversations, break the stigma and remind our mates that it’s okay to speak up and ask for help.

A lot can change in 100 years… but some places remain at the heart of a community.
Built in 1924, the Commercial Hotel Barellan has stood proudly in the centre of town for more than a century seeing generations come through its doors, stories shared over the bar and plenty of memories made along the way.

From then to now, she’s still a pretty special part of Barellan. 🤎
