turtle-laying or egg-hatching right in front of the resort, but don’t stress if that doesn’t happen; Mon Repos is close by, is inexpensive and offers much more of a chance.

✨The 3 Stages of swimming ✨First a quick dip in the beautiful salty ocean . Second - a refreshing shower to wash off the salt and sand and the third and final stage - a relaxing dip in the mineralised pool to soak those muscles. Is there any other way to spend a Saturday afternoon at the Resort🤷‍♀️😊🤗

✨Bundaberg Botanic Gardens✨ What a special place this is for everyone to explore ! There is so much to see and learn and do in the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens but Fairymead House is definately the highlight. There is so much history attached to this beautiful Heritage Registered property that it’s too much to put in one post. You will have to go and pay this Sugar History Museum a visit when you stay with us at the resort , you will not regret it. You can also learn the history of Bert Hinkler at the Hinkler Aviation Museum and a lot more! Ask us at reception for all the details😊

✨Family Outings✨ School holidays are here! If you’re looking for some ‘family friendly’ things to do that don’t cost a fortune then here are some ideas. Christsen Park is a gem 💎 this lovely, well maintained park offers BBQ areas, playgrounds , ample undercover seating and the best part it’s only a few minutes walk to Kelly’s Basin. You can even walk to this park from our Resort. Elliot Heads is also a beautiful little spot , with lots of gorgeous water holes to swim in and the Causeway🤗 All these places are not far from the Resort and all free😊Ask us at reception for more details and recommended places🤗

✨Tinaberries✨Wow!! This little place is amazing 🤩 with strawberries to the right and Macadamias to the left , you will not be disappointed with all this place has to offer . From trying their homemade passionfruit butter and strawberry jam to going out and picking your own strawberries, this family friendly place will not disappoint. Be sure to try the ice cream as well….divine!🤗 Not far from the resort either so be sure to grab a pamphlet from reception!

✨Midweek catch up✨.. We’ve added some colour to the pool area and some gorgeous plants… now it just pops 🙌🏻… pool not your thing? That’s ok because there’s a big ocean out the back as well… what a stunning day!
