Commercial Hotel Barraba NSW The Commercial Hotel Barraba began life as Markham's Hotel in 1878. Making us the oldest continual licensed premises in Barraba.

The Hotel was renamed the Commercial Hotel in 1879 or 1880, the current form of building was built circa 1890 and embellishments added to the facade in 1901. The Hotel during this time became a Cobb & Co staging post. The building has changed very little over the years and is a testament to those who have taken stewardship of the Hotel throughout its 134 years in Barraba. Today the Commercial Hote

l still serves a great chilled beer and also does a fantastic coffee, the Hotel also serves Counter Lunches Wednesday - Sunday from 12pm - 2pm and Dinner Wednesday - Sunday 6.30pm - 9.00pm.
