So here’s a quick aerial tour of Kia Ora.

The left side of the house - which is closest to Gloucester - has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The wing closest to the road has the kitchen and another two bedrooms also both with bathrooms.

The front of the house, overlooking the pool, has essentially three separate living areas.

You can also see the courtyard in the middle of the property which has a covered BBQ area and the kitchen garden.
