Warrane is an idyllic estate just a few minutes drive north of the waterfront Batemans Bay township.

The estate features a luxuriously renovated 100 year old home set on a luscious 3 acres with formal and established gardens.

The original homestead boasts modern updates and extensions which have maintained the charming character of Warrane without compromising comfort. An additional guesthouse offers extra accommodation overlooking the fully fenced, 12 metre, solar-heated pool.
The space
The homestead includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a formal lounge, open living and dining with an open fire, and fully equipped kitchen with a commercial grade dishwasher.

The guesthouse overlooks the solar-heated pool and is split across two levels accessed via internal stairs. The lower level features a living room with television and a games room with a pool table and kitchenette. The upper level features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom, and a bathroom.

The properties are set within a fully fenced yard amidst private established formal gardens.

Garaging is available for five vehicles and open spaces for extra vehicles are on and around the property.
