The property features a fully equipped kitchen with brand new European Appliances as well as a 6 burner stainless steel BBQ on the deck. Over the bridge and you are in the town of Batemans Bay which has a large selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, takeaway shops as well as your everyday shopping needs. The house has sustainable features such as a 6.6kw solar power, solar hot water and rainwater supply both with mains backup should it be needed to help preserve the environment. A BOAT RAMP IS JUST AT THE END OF THE STREET & THE PROPERTY HAS PLENTY OF ROOM TO PARK A 7 METRE BOAT.

Our Story

"Corymbia Batemans Bay" is arguably in the best location in Batemans Bay. This contemporary three bedroom home with ample off street parking for a boat and vehicles is located a short stroll from swimming beaches and town. The house is divided into two areas which are only available to one guest at a time. The upper level has a spacious living and entertainment area opening onto an expansive deck at the front of the property which overlooks the Clyde River, Wray beach and town of Batemans Bay and a smaller deck area at the back which looks into the neighbouring bush reserve. The upper level includes a Master bedroom with a King sized Bed and a second bedroom ith a double and single bed. The upper level sleeps 5 people. The kitchen is fully equiped with coffeemachine, induction oven, dishwasher and microwave. the lounge has a 60inch TV, book and DVD library as well as Stan (pay TV) and WIFI.

There is a seperate studio apartment at ground level with a king size bed, large bathroom (including walk in shower and a large bath) and kitchenette. Downstairs is available for bookings of 6 or more. It is not available for bookings of up to 5 without special prior arrangement. The maximum booking is for for 7 guests.
