The property has two bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, also upstairs is the bathroom and a living area with a lounge (that can be converted to a double bed) and a TV/DVD. There is a balcony off the main bedroom which is the best place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Downstairs is the kitchen, living and dining areas and a laundry and toilet. Outside is a small courtyard close to the pool and communal BBQ area. There is a small collection of toys as well as a portable cot and high chair. Bella Vista Batehaven is ideal for a couple or a family of four but the sofa bed can accommodate two extra guests. The large town of Batemans Bay is only a five minute drive away. Prices start at $150/night, we have a two night minimum and better rates for weekly stays.
