Lakes Entrance gurnard on the sashimi plate tonight. A very underrated fish.
On the set menu and in the Lounge from 5.30pm tonight and tomorrow.
Eat the by-catch.

Caramelised hot cross bun sando with miso and honey ice cream. Perfect with a Black Forest amaro on the side.

Back from our summer break and ready to go. Restaurant, lounge and wine bar open from 5.30pm tonight.

Picked a random bar in Sankaku Chita, a collection of tiny alleys full of tiny bars and food venues in Sangenjaya. It was only when I sat down that I started seeing all the Australian paraphernalia. Turns out the owner is a big Australia fan. Her husband is a karate master who teaches in Australia regularly. There was a screen playing tourism videos of Sydney and Melbourne (she really should be paid by Tourism Australia).
Anyway, she is 78 y.o. and has had the bar for 40 years.

Our last weekend before our February break. Restaurant and Wine Lounge open from tonight until Monday, but tonight is the last night before the break for the , where new, old viny will be spinningl and Vespers, featuring new vin amaro(the closest thing you will get to Kina Lillet) are still the drink of choice . Open from 5.30pm

Closed January 1, then back to our normal trading times of Friday to Monday for dinner.

The will be open tomorrow evening from 4pm for all for your pre Christmas drink needs. Perfect for getting into the right head space before the big family gatherings on the next day. Also, full range of amari and liqueurs will be available for those desperate, last minute gifts.
