We are located in picturesque North East Victoria, Australia. Ned Kelly country. A gateway to the Victorian Snowfields and the King Valley region.
200 km from Melbourne’s CBD and a leisurely 2hr 10min drive from Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport. We previously owned and operated the AAA 4-Star rated, Glider City Motel in Benalla, so are well versed in guests’ expectations of their accommodation. We

now solely operate the Benalla Apartments. It continues operating as previously - fully furnished, self-contained, serviced, short stay. It is no longer associated business-wise with the motel, however feel free to book rooms there should you have a group. The apartment is not necessarily available for a continuous 12 month period / tenancy as such. We have recently (June 2022) listed on Booking.com however tariffs are higher booking this way, due to their commission charges. We welcome email enquiries or any clarification you may require related to making a reservation, however bookings are mostly direct. You will save good $$$s on commissions charged by online Travel/Booking Agents / Airbnb - usually around 20%. The ‘big 2’ large, well known companies you see advertising regularly are internationally owned. Their customer service as at July 2022 is almost non-existent. Good luck reaching their Vic or NSW phone numbers. I haven't been able to get through, personally, to them in the 3 weeks since we listed with them, and not through a lack of trying. So, buy Aussie and keep our dollars in Australia :-)
