Today we’d like to shine a spotlight on someone who quietly makes a huge difference in our community – Julie.

Julie dedicates countless hours to rescuing, caring for, and rehoming cats in need. Whether it’s taking in abandoned kittens, helping injured strays, or finding loving forever homes for cats that deserve a second chance, her compassion and commitment never go unnoticed.

The work Julie does is often behind the scenes, but it has a lasting impact on both the animals she helps and the families whose lives are enriched by welcoming a rescued cat into their home.

Rescuing and rehoming animals takes an incredible amount of time, patience, love, and personal sacrifice, and Julie continues to do it all with a caring heart and a genuine passion for animal welfare.

From all of us, thank you, Julie, for everything you do for our furry friends and our community. Your kindness makes a real difference, and we are so grateful for the love and dedication you show every day. 🐾❤️

Update on Brock from HTR Racing! Over the last two days he has competed in the grueling Tatts Finke Desert Race in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

Prologue start position 143/ 635 bikes with a time 6:18.601.

Day one Alice Springs to Finke 223kms.
Results- outright 68/ 599 bikes in a time of 2 hours 42 minutes and 8th in his class of 33 bikes.

Day two Finke to Alice Springs 223kms.
Results - outright 61/ 556 bikes in a time of 2 hours and 42 minutes. 5th in his class of 25 bikes.

Brock ended up in 61st place overall and 5th in the 250cc four stroke class.

115 bikes did not finish the race, and one man lost his life out on the track. The track was brutal and unforgiving, numerous crashes serious and critical injuries, but this young man made it through with a big get off and two broken toes, his story to tell.

He teammate Campbell Hall came second outright! Amazing job! 🏍️
