Way back in the middle of the pandemic, we did what felt like a good idea at the time and bought a little motel in one of the most magical towns on the South Coast. Not long after settling, NSW went back into lockdown, the ACT followed, and we had a quiet “what have we done?” moment.

Fast forward five years and we honestly couldn’t be prouder.

Harbourview House has grown into our little oasis, thanks to an incredible team, an unbeatable location, and the many guests who’ve stayed, shared feedback and supported us along the way. Being recognised with Traveller Review Awards for 2026, with a 9.2 rating, is something we’re genuinely chuffed about.

A massive shout out to our absolute superstar Group Manager. Katya has poured her heart into Harbourview House and turned it into the place it is today — loved by guests, friends and family alike.

And a big thank you to our local legends Good Vibes Studio and Camel Rock Surf School — the kind of businesses that make this part of the coast so special and help create the relaxed, welcoming vibe our guests love.
