A Familiar Face Returns to Bistro 1834! 🍽️✨
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Rob Brown has returned to lead our kitchen team as Head Chef at Surveyor General Inn 👏👏👏
Many of you will remember Rob from his time with us a few years ago. Since then, he’s been busy honing his craft and leading the kitchen team at a popular function venue in the Camden area.
He returns to the Bistro 1834 kitchen with a wealth of experience, infectious enthusiasm, and some brilliant new ideas.
Rob is dedicated to maintaining the high-quality dining experience you know and love, while working alongside our talented kitchen team to introduce exciting new favourites that will take our menu to the next level.
Please join us in giving Rob a huge welcome home! We are so proud of the entire kitchen team and can’t wait for you to taste what they’ve been cooking up.
