- Third bedroom downstairs with 2 bunks beds a bunk bed is two single

beds, one above the other, that form a unit - this equates to 4 single beds.

- Main bathroom with separate laundry
- Sunny open plan living, dining and Kitchen opens onto a large deck area
- Private backyard
- BBQ facilities
- Level parking space in front for 3 cars plus a boat.
- Sleeps 8
