Today would have to be one of the hardest, most exciting and odd feeling kind of days.

Thank you to all our valued patrons who have been there with us through all the ups and downs of both the pub and personal lives🍻

Thank you for the incredible team of staff that we had supporting our business over all those years, for your service we are extremely grateful ✨

We would like to wish Tim & team all the best with there upcoming venture and encourage the community and Hotel Binalong lovers to continue there patronage!

Pato and Jules are looking forward to slowing down in life and spending there quality time with family making more memories 💕

We would like to welcome Nat Allen to the Kitchen. 👏 👏 Great to see Binalong Pub Bistro has those much loved lamb cutlets on the menu along with lots of yummy meals 🤤

🍽️ Binalong Pub Bistro opens this Wednesday with a limited menu, then full menu below commencing Thursday 30th March 2023.

⏰ Opening hours remain the same Wed-Sat dinner service 6-8pm

6PM 🔊 Here is your notice, make sure to come and see us for the final week of operations as Dutchy’s Dining Room and savour the flavour of those delicious cutty’s. Julie will be hanging up her apron to spend some time wrapping things up and packing her bags 💼 Great news though as of next Wednesday 29th March 2023, Nat Allen will be commencing with Binalong Pub Bistro, during the same operation hours. Finally the time has come... We would like to announce that Hotel Binalong will officially change hands and ownership Thursday 13th April 2023. Ian & Julie's final work day will be Wednesday 12th April 2023, please make sure to call in for a cold one or join us on the other side of the bar 😉 Saturday 22nd April 2023 for a farewell celebration as well as welcome Tim and the team to Hotel Binalong and the community.
