This historic township is progressive and has declared itself Plastic Bag Free so get out the calico bags, wicker baskets or at least recycled bags for your shopping! Birregurra is located close to Colac, the gateway to the Otway region, the Great Ocean Road and inland, the Crater Lakes region. Wineries, restaurants, cycling, Otway Fly, beaches, volcanic crater lakes, fishing and bush walking are just a few of the many attractions and activities that are available to you for an adventurous, relaxing, romanitic or active getaway.
