On the first Friday of every month, I'll be firing up the offset smoker, cooking proper low 'n slow BBQ over local aged ironbark for that unbeatable smoky flavour.

400g Reverse-Seared Rib-Eye Steak 🥩
Smoked low and slow before being finished over the coals, served with a generous pile of crispy French fries, finished with salt flakes and topped with our house made French-style Entrecôte sauce. 🇫🇷🍟

A huge thanks to everyone at the Blackbutt Golf Club for all your help putting the day together, and massive thanks to our great mates at The Little Butcher, ###X, Great Northern, Bundaberg Rum and Bottlemart for all your support. 🍻
Big thanks to my team too, Tahlia on the bar, Jeff on the BBQ and Doc supervising operations. It’s a big day and we couldn’t do it without you all.
We put it to a vote and 18 holes stays… but next year we’ll be starting earlier with an 8:00am arrival for an 8:30am tee-off.
Thanks again Blackbutt for supporting the Golf Club. We’re very lucky to have it right here in town. ⛳🍻
