We’re pleased to share that development approval has been granted for The Village on Blain expansion.

A heartfelt thank you to our consultants and community members for their support and input throughout the process. Site works are now underway, with the first accommodation buildings scheduled for delivery in late November.

Stage 11 is anticipated to be ready for occupation around April 2026, helping to provide much-needed relief to the local rental housing market and greater flexibility for the town’s workforce and visitors.

Our development application is now on formal notification until Monday 5th May. As part of our commitment to our community and to our future expansion, we are hosting another consultation session.

This session will be held at The Village On Blain to enable the community to see our village and talk to our team about our current and future plans.

This session will be held on Monday 28th April from 10:00am to 1:00PM and you are welcome to drop by at anytime. We look forward to seeing you there.

We committed to keeping community informed on the progress of our development application. As part of that commitment, we are letting the community know that we have now responded to the Council’s information request. This means that the minimum 20 day formal public notification period will commence on 31 March and run through to 5 May 2025. During this time we will have another opportunity for community to come and speak with us and our dedicated team on the proposed expansions and the benefits to the community. Stay tuned as we finalise details for this date and we will ensure to give community plenty of notice.
