Bloomfield Cabins and Camping Pre bookings are recommended - it is getting busy Spectacular luscious camping grounds with a fully equipped camp kitchen. And so much more.....

Bloomfield Beach Camp is situated on 10 acres of land including 5 acres of protected rainforest in Far North Queensland. Great for informal gatherings around the bonfire or BBQ. Sleeping cabins and Safari Tents are available with close proximity to the clean and functional amenities. There is one self-contained cottage that can sleep up to six people (a two night minimum booking applies to the cottage). Hideaway Licensed Cafe and Restaurant is temporarily closed pending new management. When operating, the space holds a unique peaceful ambience where you could just sit and read or share a laugh with friends and catch up on local news and gossip :). Local attractions include: Snorkelling or Diving on The Great Barrier Reef and Hope Island,, Wujal Wujal Arts Centre and Aboriginal Community, the Bloomfield Falls, the Bloomfield River. Fishing (Barramundi season open from February to November). Spectacular Flora and Fauna for the nature lovers. Tropical Fruits, Rainforest and Beaches. Not to forget crocodiles and wild boars for the more adventurous.

This is Joe, chucking a line in before he started work as a housekeeper. He turned this Butter Bream into fish tacos for dinner!!

Fishing is great. Weather is sublime. Sometimes we just cannot help ourselves - out of the office and at the beach or river!

Today, Yogi spent his 'mental health in a backhoe' time checking a tree that looked a bit wonky - yep - one nudge and over it went!

As part of daily maintenance, we keep an eye on all the trees, if anything changes - they are looked into. Keeping the park safe for your visit (and they make a big noise when they crash!).
