Just under 3 weeks ago our beautiful jumping pillow at Bonnie Doon's Lakeside Leisure Resort came to the end of its short life. You can expect to get between 5-7 years from a pillow depending on usage and sun exposure. So the mission began to source a new Pillow, have it shipped to Bonnie Doon and to install and have it fully operational before the Easter long weekend. It took us a total of 18 days. 12 days for delivery and 5 days installation. A lot of sweat went into this project and you can follow our journey below.

Phillip Island may have the penguin parade, but Bonnie Doon Lakeside Leisure Resort has the duck parade ;-)

It was our pleasure to host the wedding of Chris and Ashley at Bonnie Doon's Lakeside Leisure Resort last weekend. Both Chris and Ashley have been long time visitors to the Resort and to participate in their special day was a joy for all of the staff. As the month of January comes to an end we say goodbye to what was a very interesting and turbulent month. Even though the bushfires threw a spanner in the works we are thankful that both Parks remained safe throughout the ordeal and no physical damage occurred. Throughout the ups and downs and the constant uncertainty the management teams at both Parks were amazing. Handling all customer concerns and relaying information as soon as it was verified.
Tonight we had our end of Jan team dinner, and I'd like to thank all team members from Bonnie Doon's Lakeside Leisure Resort and Peppin Point Holiday Park for their dedication throughout the month. You've once again helped to make this a memorable summer. Also thank you to our amazing temporary cleaning staff who finish this week. We wish you all the best on your future travels.

Another great day on the lake. With the arrival of most of our guests and with temperatures due to rise over the next couple of days its looking like perfect conditions to see in the new year at Bonnie Doon's Lakeside Leisure Resort.
Also remember that our boat ramps within the Resort are active down to 35% lake level.
