Such agreat week here & at Ratho Farm Golf Links
Tasmanian Wh**ky Week is coming, and Clyde Mill is showing up all over the island. Nine days, one province, twenty-plus events.
Here's where you'll find us, in order:
SAT 1 AUG: A NIGHT WITH BILL LARK AM, Bothwell
Bill Lark is widely credited with launching the modern Australian wh**ky industry. This Wh**ky Week he returns to Clyde Mill, in the very highlands that inspired his big question, for cocktails, canapés, a grain-to-glass tour and a two course dinner from Chef Andy. From $90pp.
WED 5 AUG: MEET THE MAKER, Bicheno
Three courses at the Farm Shed, with us rotating through the tables alongside Hunter Island, Old Kempton, Spring Bay, Waubs Harbour and Wh**ky In Isolation. Sold out, but worth the FOMO for next year.
THU 6 AUG: DRAG & DRAM, Hobart
Back at The Still, LARK Wh**ky Bar, for a night of drag and drams hosted by Rye Sweeney. Pouring alongside Captain Bligh's, Island Coast Spirits, LARK and Turner Stillhouse.
THU 6 AUG: TOUR: HERITAGE HIGHWAY
A full day loop through the Southern Midlands taking in Old Kempton, Clyde Mill, Belgrove and LARK. The easy way in if you've never made it out to Bothwell.
FRI 7 AUG: AWDA PRESENTS WOMEN IN WH**KY, Hobart
A spotlight on the women shaping Tasmanian wh**ky, at Callington Mill Distillery, MACq01. Pouring alongside Bogan Road, Callington Mill, Hellyers Road, Killara, Overeem and Turner Stillhouse.
SAT 8 AUG: TASMANIAN WH**KY SHOWCASE, Hobart
The flagship of Tasmanian Wh**ky Week, at Princess Wharf no.1. Every Tasmanian distillery pouring side by side for one afternoon.
