Rose Bay Resort is seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on FULL TIME RESORT MANAGER to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards across the property. This dynamic, multi-faceted role combines operational leadership, administrative management, trust accounting, and direct involvement in housekeeping oversight to ensure the smooth running of our absolute beachfront resort.
Skills required:
🌴 Guest Services including guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins,
check-outs
🌴 Financial & Administrative Support including trust accounting
and end of month processes advantageous
🌴 Proven background in resort, hotel, or holiday park management
(2+years experience preferred)
🌴 Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and strong general computer literacy required
🌴 Exceptional communication skills
🌴 Oversee all housekeeping functions and assisting with hands-on housekeeping duties

The torch has officially been passed! ✨
We’re excited and honoured to begin this new chapter as the new owners of Rose Bay Resort. We’d like to thank Paul and Sharon for the care and dedication they’ve given over the years, and we’re looking forward to building on the wonderful community they’ve created.
