SUNRISE YOGA AT THE BEST PARK IN TOWN 🫶

Rose Bay Beach Caravan Park is serving views AND vibes, because Slow Road Yoga is rolling in for sunrise sessions!

Mondays & Thursdays, from 6am there will be downward-dog, cat-cows, and probably a few other animal stretches that will make you feel fun, fab and full of life!!

A cruisy 50‑minute slow flow right here in paradise… honestly, staying here means you barely have to roll out of bed to join in. Locals welcome too, not just park guests; the more the merrier.

Last Friday was an absolute cracker - and Earthbar Cafe & Emporium is gearing up to do it all over again tonight (5pm-9pm) and tomorrow (2pm-6pm).

Whether you’re staying here at the park or just popping in, swing by for a drink, grab a bite, share a yarn, and soak up those easy Rose Bay vibes.
