Guest Services / Administration Position
Location: Bowen Palms Caravan Park
We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our team in a Guest Services / Administration role.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the park, so a welcoming and professional manner is essential. Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing bookings, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with booking software preferred but not essential as training will be provided
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
