Casual Staff Wanted – Bowen Holiday Park Whitsundays Region QLD ☀️🌴

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable casual team member to join our team at our relaxed caravan park in beautiful Bowen, Queensland, right in the heart of the Whitsundays region. Think warm sunshine, sea breezes and a welcoming holiday atmosphere.

This role is a mix of reception and cleaning duties, starting at around 25 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time hours during our busy season.

About you:
• Friendly personality with a positive, can-do attitude
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable, organised and happy to help where needed
• RMS experience preferred but not essential – we’re happy to provide training for the right person.

What we offer:
• Casual position in a relaxed park environment
• Approximately 25 hours per week to start
• Opportunity for full-time hours during peak season
• Award pay rates
• Accommodation may be available for the right applicant

Totally agree Visit Bowen, Australia Pandanus palms are fantastic! 🌴 We’re adding them around Bowen Holiday Park to create a tropical paradise. Our gardens are coming to life with gorgeous natives and palms dotted throughout—nature lovers will feel right at home! 🌺🌿🌴☀ 🏝 💦

If you are travelling in north Queensland during this holiday season, keep your eyes out for the humble Pandanus Palm or screw palm. They are extremely useful and important plants for Aboriginal people, a 'one stop shop' with different parts being used for craft objects, food and medicine.
