Horderns Restaurant, our beloved - and dare we say, iconic - Southern Highlands establishment, has found a new space within our refurbishment.
Now relocated within the grand homestead to offer vast views of our impeccable gardens and increased capacity, we’re also evolving the aesthetic and menu. Under the direction of executive chef Mark Holland (ex-Nomad, Paddington Inn), a new era of dining at Milton Park is upon us.
