And here’s a little sneak peek of what Cherry Cottage has in store for us.

The roses are already showing beautiful new growth, the garden is getting ready to burst back into life and, before we know it, Cherry will be surrounded by all the colour, scent and beauty of spring🌹

Every guest experiences Cherry Cottage a little differently.

Some come to celebrate. Some come to escape. Some bring the dog, the family or their favourite people. And some simply come to do absolutely nothing for a few days.

And often, they leave us a few words about their stay.

And we absolutely love reading them 🩷

Almost time to welcome a beautiful new season, and what better way to celebrate than with a little Cherry Cottage zhuzh?

A gorgeous new throw and matching cushions have given her a lovely little freshen-up, just in time for spring.

Earlier this week Dolores found her forever home in Sydney… 🩷

Which means there’s a new lady gracing the walls of Cherry Cottage!

There’s just one small problem…

She doesn’t have a name 😞

Dolores became quite the character during her time at Cherry, so we think her successor deserves a name with just as much personality.

And we’re handing this very important responsibility over to you!

Our gorgeous guests couldn’t resist her, and she’s now off to Sydney, destined to grace the walls of their dining room or kitchen.

And we just love that 🩷

Not only have they taken home a beautiful piece of art, Dolores will be a forever reminder of a lovely trip to Bowral and their stay at Cherry Cottage.

Guests who arrive excited, settle in, explore the Highlands, enjoy all the little details… and leave having made beautiful memories.

I truly feel so grateful for this journey. For every booking, every kind word, every lovely review and every guest who chooses to spend a little piece of their life with us.

I love the Highlands 🩷

There’s such a wonderful sense of community here. Locals supporting locals. Businesses supporting businesses. Everyone cheering each other on.

Just one of those wonderful businesses is the gorgeous Ferris Wheel, proudly displaying Cherry Cottage and No. 52 Bowral brochures alongside their own.

And don’t they look pretty together? 🩷
