Howdy Folks, the Kings Birthday weekend proved to be quite successful for most anglers, the fishing in and around Braemar Bay has been very good in recent weeks with fantastic Rainbows and Browns being caught using most methods with Powerbait Chunky Cheese and the ever reliable Tassie #119 doing the most damage. Julian and his gang from Epping Victoria did well with mudeye casting in various spots around the Tolbar area with the stand out being a Rainbow around 1.5kg, (pic to follow), the Wollongong boys Chris, Ross and Steve have also had a very successful few days trolling and bait fishing but once again Mackenzie Isedale tops the table with a fine Brown of 1377 gms cleaned using a Tassie #119, well done everyone.
