People from the public are enquiring about dining at our restaurant. Some even just walkin, despite the signage that we are an ACCOMMODATION facility and we need PRE-ORDER AND RESERVATION on a daily basis.
Bramston Beach is a remote location. We are operating a zero waste and a sustainable restaurant. We do weekly restaurant produce stockup based on ACTUAL GUEST HEADCOUNT for the week. We do NOT do projected estimate headcount for the public.
So, if you are from the public and really want to dine with us, send us your pre-order a few days in advance. We will stock fresh seafood, meat etc and prepare the meals for the date and time you wish to dine with us.
Some days, we are exhausted with housekeeping and accommodation business activities. And we do a follow up and we might have to cancel your pre-booking. We apologise in advance if we cancel.
Please note we are running 2 businesses cohesively 1. ACCOMMODATION. 2. RESTAURANT.
