Oakhill House Entire Estate

Oakhill House is our home and offers vacation rental of the entire estate. 2 Night Minimum Booking is required. Oakhill House is booked as an entire estate, not just one room, and has kept its original charm and beauty. Oakhill House offers beautiful linen and quality beds for a wonderful sleep. Included beautiful bedrooms, lounge, dining, farmhouse kitchen, family room, ample books, toys, smart tv, NBN internet, swimming pool, orchards , rose gardens and beautiful music.

Oakhill House is surrounded by walking and horse riding tracks. The centre of Bridgetown is a comfortable short walk away, where all the culinary treasures of the area can be sampled. The area of Bridgetown was previously known as Geegelup, which was believed to mean "place of gilgies" in the Noongar Aboriginal language, referring to the fresh water marron crustaceans that live in the area. The Geegelup Creek runs through the grounds of Oakhill House. It is said that the creek has been recognised as an Aboriginal sacred site. Bridgetown has a pleasant cool Mediterranean climate. Warm summer days with breezy nights and cold winter days with clear skies. The botanic garden like grounds around the homestead are home to abundant wildlife, such as lizards and birds. We have the ability to hold events and weddings and can offer full catering.
