Salt at Bridport is an architecturally designed home with professionally landscaped gardens. Opposite the popular channel beach area and boasting bay views, this is the ideal location for private resort style holiday living. Salt is $250 per night, 4 people, minimum 2 night stay. Beds: sleeps up to 8 people. Each additional guest $20per person. Queen bed (master bedroom)

Upstairs the main bedroom has a walk-in-wardrobe that leads to a ceramic tiled bathroom. The deck is accessible from the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a built in wardrobe and captures afternoon sun. The galley style kitchen has a double sink, walk in pantry, Dishlex dishwasher, Fisher and Paykel oven, microwave, ceramic cook top and range hood. The pendant light over the dining area leads the eye through the open plan lounge room, with built in surround sound system, beyond the deck to beach views. The polished timber flooring creates a seamless divide between indoor and outdoor living areas. Downstairs the laundry boasts double stainless steel sinks, built in front loader washing machine and a ducted vent for a wall mounted clothes drier. The study has two work pods and plenty of built in cupboards. This room could be used as a third ‘single’ bedroom. The second bathroom and living area are tiled. Glass doors lead to paved entertaining areas and covered BBQ in the large easy to maintain garden. A screened outdoor third shower makes trips from the beach easy to wash off. The house roof and walls including the first floor are insulated, making it a rare occasion for using both Daiken reverse cycle heating/cooling pumps. There is an underground dripolator electronic watering system - though rarely required. Electronic gates and outdoor lighting provide security. Indoor features:
