PROJECT UPDATE // LIFEPOINTE CHURCH - STAGE 2

Congratulations to plexxcon being awarded and commencing construction on Stage 2 of the Lifepointe Church in Buderim, Queensland.

Following the recent completion of the main auditorium space and village green, Stage 2 of the development consists of new community rooms, laneway, reception areas, facade structures and screens.

// PROJECT UPDATE - AVEO PARKSIDE CARINDALE STAGE 4

Aveo Parkside Stage 4 in Carindale has commenced construction with Hutchinson Builders Excavation and groundworks are well underway, with the residential tower containing 94 apartments and community facilities over 9 floors with 2 levels of basement parking.

Following the successful completion of Stage 3 in 2023, it is encouraging to witness the next chapter in the redevelopment of this site taking shape.

// PROJECT UPDATE - NRL PNG CHIEFS VILLAGE

'Chiefs Village' is the official residence for the new NRL team, the PNG Chiefs, located at AIRWAYS | Hotel & Residences in Port Moresby. Detailed excavation and groundworks are well underway, with the er****on of both tower cranes set to be completed in the coming days.

With a tight construction program in place, the goal is to ensure the 80-apartment complex is ready for players and families well before the commencement of the 2028 NRL Season. Lamana Development is making significant progress on site at an impressive pace.

Kearney Architecture is thrilled to be the Design Firm delivering the new residential accommodation for the PNG Chiefs as the Australian Rugby League Commission ramps up preparations for the NRL’s 19th team.

The accommodation will be developed at the Airways Hotel in Port Moresby, with 67 of the proposed 80 apartments being for the NRL and used for players and officials from the Chiefs.

Having delivered a number of significant projects in PNG, we are excited to again team up with Lamana Development for such a landmark project with construction already commencing on site. Well done to the Constantinou Group and everyone involved for such a tremendous effort to make this a reality.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION // Construction has commenced on the latest expansion of the Heritage Park Hotel in Honiara. The development includes new Conference facilities, commercial office space and hotel rooms and services apartments.
