Five years ago, we took stewardship of this beautiful land - the land of the Turbal people- which was a leap of faith into the unknown. It was an almost-finished project that needed some love and care. The yard was overgrown with lantana and needed massive attention. So we got to work 👷👷‍♀️

Then, Covid hit. Our bookings dried up, and we wondered if we had made a huge mistake. But through perseverance, belief, and a lot of heart, we navigated those uncertain times. Today, we’re humbled by the thriving, flourishing space that Temple retreat has become.

We’ve been privileged to host so many meaningful events:
✨Small, intimate weddings and elopements
✨Baby showers
✨End-of-life ceremonies full of love
✨Yoga retreats, workshops, and meditation gatherings
✨A rom com was filmed here
✨A 4 ###X beer had was filmed here
✨Countless photo shoots
✨Our garden is flourishing with roses, lavender, mango, lychee and macadamia trees, a lime and lemon tree and gardenias.

Our space is more than just a venue - it’s a sanctuary for restoration and connection and we are so grateful for everyone who has contributed to this journey. We can’t wait to see what beautiful memories will@unfold here in the years to come.
