Yes, everyone deserves a break, especially over Christmas and New Year. But I find it rewarding to assist landlords in closing deals and tenants in finding properties, even while on holiday.

I recently sealed a deal with a prospective tenant in Japan, who was looking for a warehouse to move into as soon as they landed. Negotiation was done while the landlord was in Europe - time zones didn't matter!

✔️ Heads of Agreement signed, deposit and bond paid, insurance certificate done, lease signed, and keys handed over.

Nothing's impossible if you ask.
