Full-time Hotel Receptionist – Front Office

We are seeking to fill a position within our small but friendly team. This position involves all aspects of a front office reception.
The role includes:
• Providing friendly, personalised customer service
• Responding to accommodation enquiries
• Promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales
• Processing reservations
• Assisting corporate, leisure guests and residential tenants
• Assisting with rental enquiries
• General administration tasks
• Monday to Sunday rosters including morning, afternoon/evening, weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Full training provided.
The successful applicate:
• Will have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good focus on customer service
• Previous experience in the accommodation industry will be highly regarded but not essential
• Knowledge of RMS software (or similar) will be highly regarded but not essential
• RSA is required (or willing to get)

Casual position - 2 Days a week, sharing role with current property manager - 50 unit portfolio.

Must have:

At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
A current Queensland Real Estate Registration
A strong attention to detail
The role involves (but not limited to)

Conducting ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
Organizing repairs and maintenance work orders
Minimizing & maintaining rental arrears
Processing rental applications
General Administration

Job Type: Casual
Salary: $26.73 – $29.40 per hour

Schedule:
Day shift - flexable with days (Monday to Friday)

Hotel Gloria has a small friendly team, with great relationships with tenants and owners alike.
This will be an immediate start with full training given onsite.
