Today is World Mental Health Day. This year's theme is lived experience. Real voices, real change.

Our village crews work the same rosters as the people staying with us. Same flights, same drives, same time away from home.

They hear how camp life is actually going, every day, across a counter. Not once a year in a form.

If there's something that would make life out here better, tell the crew. They're listening, and so are we.

In May, this was a bare block in Miles, Queensland.

Five months later, construction is complete at RYZE Miles Accommodation Village, built by our team for RYZE Group.

What went in:
344 single rooms, each with an ensuite
90+ buildings, craned into place one by one
Covered walkways linking the rows
A dining hall, wet mess, gym, pizza oven, and an outdoor fireplace

Our team now runs the village day to day.

Swipe through to see how it came together.

There's a lot that makes a stay away from home easier, and a good feed is right up there.

Our kitchen teams cook fresh on site, three meals a day.

Built for work. Designed for people.

The people who notice a change are usually the ones who see you every day.

At our camps, that's the chef who knows your order, the cleaner who says good morning, the camp manager who notices when someone's gone quiet. None of them are counsellors. They just know what normal looks like for you.

Ask R U OK? Any Day.

We're pleased to support our Executive Chairman, Gary Gardner, and his Match It for Momentum campaign in support of Momentum Mental Health.

Gary has committed to personally match every dollar donated, up to the value of one year's Councillor salary, helping double the impact of every contribution made by our community.

Creating a stronger industry means looking after the people who make it what it is. At FKG Group, we're passionate about advocating for better mental health across the construction industry and supporting initiatives that make help more accessible.

If you're able to support this initiative, we encourage you to get involved. Together, we can help Momentum Mental Health continue providing vital services to people across our region.
