At the historic COMO The Treasury in Perth, the lighting upgrade needed to balance long-term reliability with the preservation of the buildingโ€™s heritage character.

Due to challenging site conditions and exposure to moisture around the original installation, the project required a robust inground solution capable of delivering consistent performance over time with minimal maintenance.

Lumascape Evoca LED EV4 (LS393LED) inground uplights were selected for their IP68-rated construction, durability, and tailored optical performance. The upgraded scheme enhances the texture and architectural detail of the faรงade while providing a dependable solution suited to the demands of the environment.

To support the concept created by lighting design consultancy, Visual Terrain, Lumascape engineers adapted the fixtures and integrated ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ๐’๐ฒ๐ง๐œยฎ ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ, carrying power and digital control through a single four core cable.
