Bliss Holiday Homes is a boutique provider of quality Gold Coast Homes on the short term holiday market. We have a reputation of providing above average service to our guests as well as to our owners and a key part of that is the service provided within this role – the coordination and face-to-face greeting of our arriving guests.
Your position covers the following:
• Arranging check in times with guests via email and phone
• Meeting guests at the property at an arranged time
• Explaining the property and the guidelines to the guests
This is a role that requires your passion and commitment, as well as your warm and welcoming disposition. The people you are meeting are all on holidays (or occasionally a work trip) and, in the main, they are excited to be on the Gold Coast and find it hard to contain their excitement at their accommodations.
Due to the variety of check in dates and times, your flexibility to manage your calendar is paramount. We would never ask you to work outside normal office hours, but you may find that you love what you do so those later ones are not an issue – it’s all up to you.

This is a casual role and remuneration is on a pay per check in basis.
