For over the past 3 years we have never taken trip-advisor seriously, yes there is a lot of bad reviews of us on that site which we never seemed to give any attention to. But after a scare campaign done by some media groups on our resort, we are finally starting to email our guests on departure to write a realistic review of their stay in our resort. With over 30,000 guest room turnover in the past 3 years, we have only got approx 179 comments on trip advisor which any person who hasn't even stayed can put up. Other booking sites have much more reviews and real reviews as you must stay in the resort to actually write a review on booking websites such as expedia, wotif, lastmin, quickbeds, booking.com, agoda, orbits, ratetogo, hotelclub, etc etc.
We have also now got exceptional cleaning practices in place, some room furnishings might still be a little dated but upgrades are on schedule, So you can be sure that when staying at Savannah your room cleanliness is our top priority.
Italy's antitrust authority has fined TripAdvisor 500,000 euros ($600,000) following complaints of improper business practices.
