River Flats Estate is nestled on a magnificent working olive grove located in The Hunter Valley NSW. Roviana has two bathrooms.

The property is surrounded by stunning olives, wineries and Cellar doors with farmstay accommodation suitable for large families, groups and functions. The Estate is located near the picturesque village of Broke surrounded by cellar doors and great restaurants. The Estate features two huge undercover Entertainment area that will seat 20-50 people. ge BBQ and Pizza Oven and is perfect for relaxing with friends and family for meals. Surrounded by fairy lights and beautiful gardens you won't ever want to leave. Carynia Homestead, Tara Cottage and Roviana Cottage offer accommodation for large groups as combined they can sleep up to 26 guests in the perfect blend of modern country accommodation and rustic appeal. Carynia Homestead accommodates up to 6-10 people with its 3 queens size bedrooms, a bedroom with a queen sofa bed and a queen sofa bed in the lounge plus two bathrooms and a large full size snooker room. Mattresses can be supplied if your group are happy to use these in the billard room. Tara Cottage sleeps 6 guests in 2 queen size bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom. Roviana Cottage will accommodate 6-10 guests in its 3 king bedrooms and a fourth large bedroom with 2 double beds . All houses have full kitchens, outdoor entertainment areas and BBQs and all the comforts of home. We also provide everything for a hearty country breakfast including bacon, fresh farm eggs, bread, orange juice, tea and coffee with all condiments. Close to some lovely cellar doors and fabulous restaurants, River Flats Estate is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time in the Hunter Valley.
