We are excited about our new adventure in the beautiful village of Broke. The Pickering Family have plenty of hospitality experience and already run a successful business in Sydney. Looking for the ‘quieter life’ but also a business investment we were so pleased to find Dell-Lee Cottage and premises for sale, it was instant love at first sight.

The new ownership will be a smooth transition, nothing will change with the letting of the Dell-Lee Cottage and we are looking forward to welcoming our first guests.

Offering comfortable accommodation for 2 to 6 guests, Dell-Lee features a private rear deck and small private yard perfect for a relaxing stay in the Hunter Valley that’s both convenient and affordable.
