Today, our community is mourning the loss of one of our own.

We were deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Rory, he just recently visited us. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his wife Sarah, their family's, friends, and everyone whose lives they touched.

In times like these, communities come together to support one another, and we hope those closest to them feel surrounded by love and strength.

From all of us at Swan Gully, we send our sincere sympathy and deepest condolences.

Our rock crawling community has lost a legend, we were saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Rory Byrne
We will all miss his cheeky sense of humor and his wild drives on the rocks. You will always be remembered.
Sending all our love, support and strength to his family.
Rest in peace brother.

It’s been absolutely incredible seeing the footage captured during your stay, the tracks, the views, the adventure, and the atmosphere of what makes Swan Gully so special. Seeing our park through your lens and watching our park brought to life on screen has been something pretty special.

📣📣PARK CLOSURE THIS COMING WEEKEND.📣📣

FRIDAY 22nd MAY till SUNDAY 24TH MAY and reopen MONDAY 25th MAY.

Phones and emails will not be monitored. All calls, texts and emails will be responded to on Monday.

We are enjoying a well deserved weekend away. 😀

On Another note, the following weekend starting the 29th May is booked out for camping for the whole weekend but day passes are still available.

This morning I arrived on site to the sweetest surprise… a beautiful vase of flowers gifted to us by some campers. 🌸

Completely unexpected, and honestly such a beautiful reminder of the kind of people we get to welcome through Swan Gully.

Running a place like this can be busy, exhausting, rewarding, chaotic… all of the things 😅 but moments like this is so special.

We’re so incredibly grateful for the amazing community here, the families, the adventurers, the regulars, the first-timers who become friends. It’s never lost on us how lucky we are to meet so many wonderful humans out here.

To the amazingly kind souls who gifted these flowers this morning — thank you. You absolutely made my day. 🤍
