Stone Stream Eco Cottage B&B For travellers who like to avoid tourists Surrounded by rainforest, huge trees &
lush pastures.The cottage has a fresh and cosy feel.

A self-contained Eco cottage for 2, hidden in a little valley over-looking a rainforest
stream with cascades and swimming holes. Situated in Brooklana 26km
NE of Dorrigo.The property is mainly native forest, most of which is rainforest. Thus, bird watching & wildlife spotting is unavoidable. A visit to our stand of giant,
old growth Tallowood trees is a must. The Eco Cottage features onsite wind

&
solar power. Queen bed, with lush linen, bath & bath-robes, & a couple of comfy
lounge chairs. Plus, everything you need to prepare a big scrumptious cooked
breakfast. Including eggs, bacon, toast, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, tea & coffee. For all
other meals you can BYO food and self-cater in the well equipped, country style
kitchenette, with gas stove/oven & a gas BBQ on the veranda over looking the
creek.

Below is the meal list. The meals are $60 for two, delivered to the cottage
at a time you choose.
Please select just 1 MAIN, and 1 DESSERT for each evening a meal is
required.
MAINS
1. Tandoori Chicken Fillets with Mango/lime sauce on a green salad with
roasted macadamias
2. Chicken, mushroom and leek pot pie with roasted tomatoes and veggies
3. Lamb Rogan Josh (mild tomato based curry) with coriander and coconut basmati rice.
4. 3 meat spaghetti bolognaise with Parmesan and a fresh herb salsa Verde.
5. Chicken Korma with basmati rice, lime and cashews.
6. Jamie Oliver's Chicken cacciatore, smashed potatoes and vegetables.
DESSERT
( please feel free to change the cream to ice-cream if you so desire)
1. Lemon tart berries and cream
2. Vanilla panacotta berries and cream
3. Baked lemon cheesecake berries and cream
4. Sticky date pudding, caramel sauce, and ice-cream
5. Pineapple upside-down cake with ice-cream and berries
6. Chocolate dessert cake berries and cream

Perfect time away”

My wife and I spent some time at Stone Stream to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was beautiful. Peta is the most amazing host and her cooking was unbelievable, she made the most delicious chicken cacciatora along with amazing fresh vegetables.

The cabin was perfect (beautiful and warm), looking out over a stunning stream (with its own platypus) where we could swim with no one else around. It is truly a wonderful place to take time out and just enjoy the person you are staying with. Breakfast was just as amazing with everything you need to create farm fresh bacon and eggs. A highlight was having Ruben and his fellow cow friends visit us, they enjoyed the bread and then made their way off into the paddock.

If you are looking forward to spending some time with someone important, away from the worries of the world then this is the place for you. Fun, relaxing and time to reconnect with those important people best describes my time at Stone Stream. I strongly recommend it!
