✨ About the Role ✨
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our Motel rooms and facilities, as well as attending to our off-site properties, helping to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

👀 What We're Looking For 👀
> Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
> Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
> Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
> Reliable and punctual.
> Availability to work weekends when required.
> Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage, but not essential.
> Current driver's license and own vehicle is preferred, but not essential.

Are you someone who enjoys hands‑on outdoor work and takes pride in keeping spaces looking their best? Oscar Motel is looking for a hardworking, reliable Groundskeeper/Maintenance all‑rounder to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
🌱 Mowing and whipper snipping
🌳 Pruning, weeding, and general garden care
🧹 Bin emptying and cleaning
🔧 Light maintenance duties around the property
🚛 Towing and backing a trailer (experience required)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Valid driver’s licence
✔ Reliable transport
✔ Flexibility with work hours
✔ Physically fit — this is an active, hands‑on role
✔ Someone dependable with a great work ethic
