Are you someone who enjoys hands‑on outdoor work and takes pride in keeping spaces looking their best? Oscar Motel is looking for a hardworking, reliable Groundskeeper/Maintenance all‑rounder to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing
🌱 Mowing and whipper snipping
🌳 Pruning, weeding, and general garden care
🧹 Bin emptying and cleaning
🔧 Light maintenance duties around the property
🚛 Towing and backing a trailer (experience required)

What We’re Looking For
✔ Valid driver’s licence
✔ Reliable transport
✔ Flexibility with work hours
✔ Physically fit — this is an active, hands‑on role
✔ Someone dependable with a great work ethic

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team, working in a well‑maintained motel environment and servicing other properties of ours around town and the coast, where no two days are the same. All equipment is supplied along with orientation and training for the role.

📣 Oscar Motel is Now Hiring: Groundskeeper/Maintenance Role 📣

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team on a casual basis as we enter the busy season. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and has the capacity to work flexible/split shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn care, including mowing, whipper snipping and edging
- Trimming, hedging and pruning of plants and trees
- General garden upkeep and presentation
- Rubbish bin emptying/cleaning
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Operation of a zero-turn ride-on mower
- Working individually as well as in a Team setting

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience is desired but not essential for the right candidate
- Must hold a valid license
- Must have reliable transport
- Flexibility with hours
- Capacity to tow and back a trailer
