Unfortunately the Morrison Hotel is closed for business. The owners of the building have leased it to another couple. However the Publican is trying to set up another "Bar" at the new premises in Gayndah. You can be assured that when it is up and going it will be visited daily!!

We are loosing one of our cofounders and builders of the hotel in the next few weeks. Jessie is heading to the big smoke like a moth to the bright lights. At least the neighbors might get a bit of piece from the drums now!

The Morrison Hotel will be open a few days earlier this month, the bar keep has been let out on good behavior a few days early. Iggy put in a good word for him.
There are no big events planed this month but that is no guarantee that you can't pop in for a quiet one.

Sunday we will be open all day for grand final day. We hope to have mud crabs and other seafood how ever that is all reliant on our supplier being able keep up his end of the bargen. From what we've herd he is spending a lot of time on the water doing his best. (He needs to because he has already racked up a bit of a tab over the bar!)

Thursday it will be closed for maintenance in the morning, but we expect a buisy afternoon. Friday is closed due to a family commitment. Saturday arvo will be a quiet one with the AFL grand final, but Saturday night we hope to have live music and the usual darts and pool comps. Negotiations are still underway. We will keep you all informed.

Once again the Morrison Hotel is open for business again. While it was closed there appears to of been unortherised parties held.
Up coming events include the Wednesday night pool comp, the favorite appears to be the undefeated champ-Dad.

After a lenghty closure due to the publican leaving town the Morrison Hotel is now open for business. This could be only a short trading term as the for mentioned publican has a habit of running a muck drinking the bar dry and leaving at short notice. We are open from whenever the door is open until the last guest goes home or passes out. There is a pool comp on Friday arvo, and we could even have a guitar soloist do a few songs for us. If not the Country Music Channel is always on.
