Our Story

Situated just 200 metres from a glorious 17 kilometre beach, Moore Park Beach is the ideal place to relax and enjoy Queensland's sub-tropical climate. A member of the Budget motel chain, we are proud to be awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence each year since 2014; TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award (awarded to the top 25 motels in the Budget Category in Australia) 2017, 2018 and 2019.

We have 7 motel rooms, all air-conditioned with limited cooking facilities. Each room has a full-size fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, ceiling fans and outdoor seating to take advantage of the sea breeze. Our King Deluxe room is a larger room and has been aded on to cater for people with disabilities.

Home-cooked breakfast is available daily to your room, while evening meals are offered over the road at the local bowls club or down the road at the tavern.
