Invest In Bundalong.

Stage 2 has now been released for the Bundalong Holiday Resort Villas.

The concept of The Bundalong Villas Investment is to produce high returns from the rental side managed by us whilst also being able to enjoy the comfort of your own villa when you choose. Our new three bedroom villas showcase three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, large front decking area, spacious kitchen, living area and carport. Situated in the Bundalong Holiday Resort the villas are located in the heart of bundalong with lots of park amenities and surrounding attractions.

Together our two parks contain, two swimming pools (one soon to be swim up bar), Basketball court, Table tennis tables, BBQ Area, 2 Laundries, Common room and onsite restaurant the iconic Bundalong Tavern. All accessible by all patrons in each park.

Bundalong has seen a major spike in tourism in the past few years and it’s no surprise why. With the Murray River at our door step we have a huge range of people within our region for all kinds of water sports. Only 20 minutes from one of the best wine regions ‘Rutherglen’ there is plenty to do. Yarrawonga / Mulwala only 10 minutes with many other tourist attractions.
